Dr. Ricardo Silva - Optometrist
Ricardo Silva, O.D. grew up in Miami. He graduated from the University of Miami with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He the attended University of Southern California and graduated with a MS in Computer Engineering. After developing computer systems for IBM in Silicon Valley and developing two-way radios and cellular phones for Motorola in Sunrise Florida, he decided to attend Nova Southeastern University and graduated with a Doctor of Optometry degree. During his studies in optometry school he took interest in specialty contact lenses and worked on research on contact lens disinfection study.
He is a member of the Dade County Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association. In the past he has served on the board of the Dade County Optometric Association.
Donna Silva - Office Manager
The office runs efficiently in no small part due to Donna's diligence. She maintains the order and keeps the office running smoothly like a well-oiled machine. Her priority is to make sure patient satisfaction is at its highest. Donna also determines the product lines that are carried in our optical shop, so you can thank her for the amazing selections.
Her Background as a first grade teacher prepared her to handle intense and complicated situations which you encounter as an office manager.

Vivian Rodriguez - Licensed Dispencing Optician
Vivian studied at Miami-Dade Medical Campus under the Opticianry Program graduating in 1991 as a Dispensing Licensed Optician. She has over 25 years in the optical business and has worked with Dr. Silva for 14 years. She has a keen eye and is always up-to-date on the latest fashion trends which her clients rely on to keep them looking great in their eye wear. This is the reason she has had the same clients for years. Vivian is also an Essilor Expert which means she can fit you into the best lenses on the market to give you the clearest vision using the precise prescription Dr. Silva has written.
